These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Volosphere platform ("Platform" or "Services"), including our website at volosphere.com, mobile applications, and any related services provided by Volosphere Inc. (doing business as Volosphere) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, such as creating spheres, uploading AI-generated media, participating in multiplayer interactions, chat, or friends lists, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@volosphere.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Services allow you to create, upload, and share content, including AI-generated images, music, videos, games, 3D spheres, code, and interactions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, modify (for technical purposes), and distribute it as part of the Services.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. We are not responsible for User Content and may remove it if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Prohibited User Content includes, but is not limited to: illegal material, hate speech, harassment, spam, viruses, or content that promotes harm.
The Platform uses AI to assist in coding spheres and generating media. You acknowledge that AI outputs may not be perfect, and you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or non-infringement of AI outputs.
Interactions in spheres, chat, and friends lists must comply with community guidelines. We may monitor these features to enforce rules but are not obligated to do so. Report violations to support@volosphere.com.
The Services, including logos, designs, software, and non-user content, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by these Terms.

Certain features (e.g., premium spheres or AI tools) may require payment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We use third-party processors; your payment information is handled by them per their policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but these Terms' survival clauses (e.g., IP, liability) remain.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, User Content, or violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country, e.g., California, USA], without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes shall be resolved in [Your Location] courts. For EU users, additional rights may apply under GDPR.
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notices.
